Building upon the success of its previous editions, the Parliamentary Assembly of the Mediterranean (PAM) and the House of Councillors of the Kingdom of Morocco, are organizing the Fourth Marrakesh Economic Parliamentary Forum for the Euro-Mediterranean and the Gulf regions. The Forum will take place in Marrakesh, Morocco, on 27-28 March 2026, generously hosted by the House of Councillors, under the theme “”.
This fourth edition will be held in the city of Marrakech, at "Four Seasons Resort" on March 27 and 28, 2026.
Participants will be received at the arrival and departure airports (Mohammed V International Airport of Casablanca and Marrakech-Menara Airport).
A shuttle service will be available to provide transportation from/to airports, accredited hotels, venue of the meetings and official receptions.

Participants are requested to obtain their visas from the Moroccan diplomatic or consular mission in their respective countries. For participants who are nationals of a country in which Morocco does not maintain diplomatic or consular representation, a visa will be issued upon the arrival of the participant at the airport.
Simultaneous translation of the Conference proceedings will be provided in Arabic, French and English.
Working with the media and press to cover the conference requires a workspace particular equipment or seating needs for covering the event.
A medical service will be provided to ensure first aid and emergency assistance to delegates.
